Willard Wigan has been claimed to create the smallest art in the world. As seen above: The Statue of Liberty in the eye of a needle and The Thinker on a pinhead. His microscopic works have been seen all around the world. He currently has created 159 total pieces of art, with each piece taking an average of three months to complete.
