I started, and finished, a 4 part series on managing your boss. Hmm ... managing your boss does not mean manipulating your boss in a bad way, but rather learning how your boss works so you can help him/her concentrate on what they need to do to further the organization.

Whether it's Jason, Shannon, Betsy or a client the article will give you a practical knowledge on identifying traits in your superior that can help you, your boss and more importantly your company.

I wanted to post this because it helped me realize some things I was doing wrong and some things I might do better. All-in-all my hopes are that this will help improve the company as a whole and make us a tighter team.
